Terms and conditions for ticket sales

The following terms and conditions aply to all VASSP ticket sales:

Tranfers and refunds

• All tickets are transferrable (meaning someone else can attend in your place).
• Tickets for virtual events can be refunded up until 3 business days of the event.
• Tickets for non-virtual events can be refunded up until 10 business days of the event.
• If you receive a refund, you will receive the full amount back, minus any fees incurred by banking institutions or payment gateway providers as a result of an EFT or credit card payment.

Discounted rates

• Member rates are only for members of VASSP. Friends of VASSP members must pay non-member prices unless they also become a paid member of VASSP.

GST and fees associated with ticket sales

• Tickets purchased by credit card incur non-refundable a fee that is disclosed at the time of sale. GST is applicable for all ticket purchases.
