Our Project Services Team offer comprehensive and tailored support services to state schools across Victoria. They are experts in school policy and workforce reviews, offering in-depth individualised support.
Services include but are not limited to:
- Leadership development through workshops and coaching
- Assistance with School Improvement Review processes (including pre-review self-evaluation)
- Formulation of Strategic Plans and AIPs
- Financial and workforce planning
- Facilities preparation
- Curriculum support.

Who are VASSP's Project Service Officers?

What does it cost?
Members: hourly rate of $130 + GST. Travel expenses may also be charged depending on your location.
Non-members: hourly rate of $300 + GST. Travel expenses may also be charged depending on your location.
