Our Project Services Team offer comprehensive and tailored support services to state schools across Victoria. They are experts in school policy and workforce reviews, offering in-depth individualised support.
Services include but are not limited to:
- Leadership development through workshops and coaching
- Assistance with School Improvement Review processes (including pre-review self-evaluation)
- Formulation of Strategic Plans and AIPs
- Financial and workforce planning
- Facilities preparation
- Curriculum support.

Who are VASSP’s Project Service Officers?
Former school principals and assistant principals with experience and expertise in school improvement and navigating Department mandate and policies.

What does it cost?
Members*: hourly rate of $130 + GST. Travel expenses may also be charged depending on your location.
Non-members*: hourly rate of $300 + GST. Travel expenses may also be charged depending on your location.
