Saints Knowledge Institute is a VASSP endorsed provider supporting schools to strengthen wellbeing, behaviour support and trauma-informed practice.
Their work focuses on practical strategies that help leaders and staff build safe, supportive and high-expectation learning environments for students and staff.
Training
Saints Knowledge Institute delivers custom-designed training programs that provide a relationship-based, practical toolkit tailored to your school context. Training is organised around three pillars: regulate, relate and grow.
- Regulate focuses on understanding the brain and body, and strategies for regulation in relation to stress, trauma and neurodivergence.
- Relate focuses on building connection and supporting regulation through interpersonal strategies such as strengthening relationships, establishing consistent routines and responding to challenging behaviours.
- Grow focuses on fostering growth in practitioners, communities and young people through high expectations, student motivation, social and emotional capability, leadership development and staff support.
All modules are evidence-informed, delivered by experienced practitioners and designed for practical impact in schools.
Professional Supervision and Coaching
Saints Knowledge Institute provides professional supervision and coaching delivered by experienced leaders across education and community services.
Using a trauma-informed approach, these services support professional growth, reflective practice and leadership development. Supervision and coaching provide structured guidance that helps staff and leaders strengthen resilience, deepen understanding and build effective responses to complex student needs.
Consultancy
Saints Knowledge Institute works with schools to integrate trauma-informed approaches into everyday practice.
Consultancy services support schools to develop compassionate and practical strategies that respond to student behaviour and wellbeing needs. This includes behaviour support planning, whole-school wellbeing approaches and strengthening a school culture that supports the mental and emotional health of both students and staff.
